Shipping Costs
- FREE Shipping to the US Continental 48 states.
- FREE or Competitive Shipping rates for to P.O. Box, APOs, FPOs, or Military Mail Box, by USPS to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Virgin Islands.
- Competitive Shipping rates for Internationals address.
Delivery Terms
1.- Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.
2.- Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.
3.- Same Day Dispatch Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM - EST will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.
Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours 9:00am to 5:00pm, except on national holidays the warehouse will be closed.
4.- Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we cannot change your shipping address, after the customer has made the purchase, our procedure will be to cancel the order and the customer must do it again with the corrected information.
5.- Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
6.- Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
