All items are carefully inspected before shipping for quality.  In the event of damage during shipment please contact us immediately for replacement instructions.  All inquiries must be made within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Inquiries made after 14 days will not be honored. All damaged or defective items must be returned to us within 30 days.  Replacement is subject to availability of the item or a refund will be made upon receipt of the item.

For any returns of defective or damaged goods, the buyer is responsible for the return postage.  Items must be received in new sellable condition. We will make a full refund minus the shipping costs once the item is received.
